The Ban-Car is a traditional
old Scottish house of charm and character which offers comfortable accommodation
in 3 single, 1 twin and 3 double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All
have TV, tea and coffee making facilities. |
| Since December 1999
the Ban-Car has seen major refurbishments including a new
diningroom (seen right) and a lounge bar, both offering comfortable and
friendly surroundings. Bar lunches and suppers are available as well as snacks and teas. High teas and a-la-carte menu are catered for between 5pm - 9.00pm, 7 days a week. We pride ourselves on our cooking and baking using fresh local produce, so come along for a quiet meal and try it for yourself. |

The newly renovated Carnegie Function
suite is the ideal venue for weddings catering for up to 200 guests dining and
up to 300 people dancing. We have a wide range of wedding menus which we are
happy to tailor to your needs, or we can provide a tempting array of buffets.
Facilities are also available for conferences and dances.
